Principal Combined Fund Organization


The Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) for the Southeastern Michigan Area Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is accepting applications for the Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) to serve as the fiscal agent responsible for administering the 2016-2017 charitable campaign for federal employees (over $1.75 million).

A charitable organization or a federated group meeting all qualifications may apply.  All material called for in the regulations governing the CFC must be included in the application and can be found in the Federal Register  [60 FR 57890, Nov. 24, 1995, as amended at 71 FR 67284, Nov. 20, 2006; 73 FR 8588, Feb. 14, 2008] entitled “SOLICITATION OF FEDERAL CIVILIAN AND UNIFORMED SERVICES PERSONNEL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO PRIVATE VOLUNTARY ORGANIZATIONS.”  Applicants should refer to 5CFR Part 950, Subpart A 950.105-106; copies may be obtained by calling The Detroit Federal Executive Board at (313) 226-3534 or at http://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?c=ecfr&tpl=/ecfrbrowse/Title05/5cfr950_main_02.tpl

Applications (10 copies) must be received at: The Detroit Federal Executive Board, P. V. McNamara Federal Building, 477 Michigan Avenue, Room 1703, Detroit, MI 48226, no later than 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 15, 2015.
